Request deletion of your Handyskillz account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Handyskillz account and associated personal data. We will use the account identifier you provide to locate the correct account and process the request.

Permanent deletion

Account and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with Handyskillz retention requirements.

Some records may be retained

Information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept for the applicable retention period.

Start your deletion request

Provide enough information for us to identify your account. You will then be taken to WhatsApp to send the request.

For your security, only submit an account identifier that you control. Do not send passwords, payment card details, PINs, or other sensitive credentials.
